Submission and artwork checks

Hosted submissions require Cloudflare Turnstile verification to help prevent automated abuse. Uploaded artwork is checked for supported format, size and active SVG content before private storage. Files are not antivirus-scanned. Face images may be attached to the team notification; production originals remain private downloads. Files remain untrusted and require review with updated software.

Information you send

The form collects your company or project name, contact person and email address. You may also provide project details, a delivery address, a digital assistant preference and artwork or text for the cube faces. We use this information to prepare and follow up your quotation.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare serves the website and processes form requests. Supabase stores quotation records and artwork in private storage. Resend sends a notification and private artwork download links to info@craftedincrystal.se. Artwork is not published on this website. Anyone with a download link can use it until it expires, so links should not be forwarded.

Retention and protection

Artwork download links expire after seven days. This does not delete the stored files or quotation records; these remain until removed by the Cubiqo team. The form uses a temporary verification token and a hashed network identifier for rate protection. It does not save your form entries in browser storage or create a user account.

Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Include your quotation reference if available. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or personal information that is unnecessary for your quotation.
